They provided me frequents updates about the progress (before ordering, when the 3D model was done and before the shipping of the finished product) to ensure the mask fit to my needs. The delivery was done very fastly and I received the mask in advance and in excellent condition.
The product quality was matching what I was expecting ; solid and matching with the model I provided.

it was my first full-head mask so I had a lot of questions but the customer service was excellent and really helped out
the production time was a few months longer then informed but that happens
all in all I would use this store again if im in the need of a new mask
