International Shipping and Delivery
Since Kig4u is not a Kigurumi brand, but a Kigurumi retail platform with many Kigurumi brands. We need to buy from KIG manufacturers & sellers then ship to you. From the moment of your payment to the moment of parcel arriving at your door, there will be two stages. It's our processing stage and international shipping.
The processing time stage
1) For in stock Kigurumi products, it usually takes 7-10 days for us to process and make ready for international shipping.
2) For customized Kigurumi masks or bodysuits, it depends on the brands' production time. It varies from one to three months, or even longer. You can find the processing time for a specific mask or bodysuit on the exact item page.
3) For non customizing but pre-order KIG items, it also depends on brands' production time. It may take many days or several months. It varies one to two months.If there is any change on brands' side, we will email you at first time.
International shipping methods and delivery time
Kig4u offers 6 shipping methods, which are Yanwen Express, Airmail/Eyoubao, SAL, EMS, DHL, FedEx. All the shipping methods are door to door shipping.
- Airmail/Eyoubao usually takes 20-45 days to arrive;
- EMS takes 7-15 days to arrive;
- SAL takes 20-40 days to arrive;
- Yanwen Express takes 10-20 days;
- FedEx takes 6-8 days to arrive ;
- DHL takes 4-7 days to arrive.
This is only the usual shipping time, and any delay may occur on international shipping way. If such unexpected things happen, we need your kind understanding.
Kind reminder: since Kigurumi masks are high value and fragile,so we only ship these masks orders via DHL, which takes 4-7 days to arrive after we ship. For any other items in our store, you can choose any available shipping methods at check out page.
